At TRIPP Swim we want you to fall in love with your purchase! Should you not be completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days after you have received your order.
If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend returning your item and making a new purchase to ensure your item is in stock. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Garments must be in the original condition including all tags and hygiene seals. Garments must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered.
All items have been inspected for factory defects. Should you receive an item that is defected please notify us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
1. Please email TRIPP Swim at: email@example.com to receive a return form. Include the word return in the subject line and indicate if you are a domestic or International customer.
2. Make sure your return is postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order. Any return postmarked after day 10 will be returned to sender.
3. TRIPP Swim is not responsible for the shipping cost of your return. We recommend sending your return with tracking and insurance for your protection. Please indicate your shipment as a returned purchase in the description section of your invoice.
4. Once received and approved for refund, please allow 3-5 days for your refund to process.
